The Backup Manager service provides the ability to backup data to various media types (NAS, DVD,RDX) as well as set retention periods on how long data is kept onsite and apply various time schedules. In addition the Backup Manager can run on a remote system and manage multiple recorders. It can also provide for enterprise system backup management. Milagro uses 128 bit AES (Rijndael) audio encryption and in addition a proprietary file format. This combination secures the audio files against unauthorised replay, alteration or editing. All audio files can be encrypted at the users discretion in the setup.
